"El hotel es elegante, las habitaciones son espaciosas y comfortables, el desayudo muy variado y todo muy rico, la habitacion estaba muy limpia y todos los dias pasaban a limpiar, esta a una cuadra de la estacion Shiomi, pero lo mejor de todo es la hospitalidad y el trato amable del personal, sin duda me volveria a hospedar en este hotel, nosotros estuvimos 9 dias y el precio tambien es muy accesible para todas las maravillas que ofrece este hotel."

From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We liked the facilities, especially the Onsen, which had both inside and outside baths on the top floor with views over the city. The Ueno Park location was excellent, both for the neighborhood, the proximity to the park and its museums and monuments, and the easy access to transportation. We liked it enough to cancel the other hotel we had booked for our return to Tokyo at the end of our trip, and re-book here. "
