"The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising "

"The property is an older home, but well-maintained and clean. It provided the breadth of space required for a restful trip. There was plenty of parking and the host, Eben, was immediately responsive to any queries we had. The site is wonderfully located within driving distance of major metropolitan areas. There are many enjoyable and affordable restaurants nearby. I would not hesitate to visit this site again should my travels bring me back to the area."

"As advertised. Slight hiccup with code for check-in, but super responsive and helped me right away."

"This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further."

"Would not return .Sorry."

"This beautiful apartment in Millbury is the perfect place to stay for any occasion. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and things went very smoothly from start to finish. Check in was easy and our host Jenny was amazing and super helpful with advice and guidance when we needed. We had plenty of supplies if we ran out and the home was clean and comfortable. Everyone likes a good night's sleep too when they are away from home. The king bed was very comfortable and we slept amazing. For our...

"Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance...

"This property was clean and in a cute quiet neighborhood of small houses. It was easy to get to and convenient. There is a small yard with a nice outdoor seating area for coffee or a glass of wine. It was summer and the central air was adequate and we made suggestions to the home owner for simple improvements. The main bathroom has a very noisy sump pump which was a surprise but not intolerable. For a several night layover in the Boston area this is an overall is a good option."
