"The views from the ocean view room was fantastic. Hearing the ocean waves while going to sleep and then waking up was wonderful. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and make you feel valued and welcomed. The room was clean and housekeeping was great. The valet parking is invaluable in and around Waikiki. My only disappointment was the less than excellent condition of the building. We stayed on the 12th floor and the carpet showed its age, the bottom of the bathroom door was literally rotted, the wood laminate plank flooring were water damaged and separating, and the walls were painted haphazardly. There were areas where they splattered paint against the baseboard and didn’t bother to wipe it up. But aside from the worn condition of the building, we did have a pleasant stay, with great views, and wonderful service."

Everything about our experience surpassed our expectations, from the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the hotel itself was absolutely pristine and beautiful, the amenities, Restaurants pools or more than we could possibly imagine. We can’t wait to return someday! "

"Overall the property is nice. The pool is small and most of it is deeper than 5 ft. So people gather in the small shallow area. There are three small hot tubs but one was closed during our entire stay. The walls of the hotel are very thin so you can hear people in other rooms and the doors slam. The staff is nice but don't go out of their way to be helpful. There is a very nice swing in the lobby to lounge on. The best part of our stay were the daily activities like Lei making, Easter cookie decorating etc that the hotel organized for the kids (and adults)."
