"The location was very convenient for my needs, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.That said, there is some room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. The floors felt slightly sticky, the toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and there was some debris under the bed. With a bit more attention to detail in this area, the overall experience would be even better."

"Even over the course of our short stay, the Drury Plaza in downtown Pittsburgh lived up to the reviews. Staff members were polite without being overwhelming. Room, halls, and common areas were very clean. Complimentary breakfast and "kickback" buffet were of reasonable quality for the price, and made it easy to keep our trip affordable. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you for a great stay!"

"My stay did not meet the cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards I expect from a Marriott property. The original room had multiple visible cleanliness and maintenance issues in the bathroom, including stains, damaged surfaces, and marks on the walls and tub area. I reported the concerns immediately, but no replacement room was available the first night, requiring me to remain in unacceptable conditions. Additionally, my dining experience the first evening was disappointing. The food was undercooked, the dining tables were visibly dirty, and it appeared the waitress was working alone, which negatively impacted service and overall cleanliness in the restaurant area. Although the staff did move me to another room on the second day, no suites were available and I was placed in a double room instead. While I appreciate the eventual effort to accommodate me, the delayed resolution and overall condition of both the room and dining experience significantly affected my stay."
