"My coworker and I have traveled frequently for work over the years and have stayed at many different hotels. For the past five or six months, we have been coming to this area regularly, and this has become the hotel we always choose. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Kathy at the front desk always makes our check-in quick and easy, usually taking only a few seconds. Her friendly and professional service helps us feel at home every time we stay here. Thank you to Kathy and the entire hotel staff for their great service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"This is our second time staying at this location. The rooms are always very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the air in our room wasn’t working properly and they were completely booked and could not offer us another room. I left my concerns with the gal at the front desk. She was very attentive and helpful. She forwarded my concern to the general manager who reached out the day after I checked out. He offered to rectify the situation by reducing the initial cost of my stay. That was much appreciated as it was extremely hot over the weekend and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. I have not received the price adjustment yet, but will keep an eye out."

Whenever I plan to travel to Temecula Wine Country, this is my first choice. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Don’t miss out on a REAL gem of a location."
