"I gotta say this property was much better than I ever expected. The unit very clean and well taken care of, beautifully decorated and quiet. Its is a ground floor so it was nice to look out on the lanai to see the lush plants and little mongoose running around. Parking was great right in front of our place a big plus. "Property is perfect for my needs. I come to Kona from Maui a few time a year to go diving and all I need is a clean comfortable place to stay. I don't need a lot of frills and don't like to have to pay for amenities that I don't use.The one problem that I had was resolved quickly by the host. Communication with the host was good.I'll probably be back the next time I visit Kona."
