The woman at the front desk was lovely. The communication between hotel re: check in, and airport transport was terrible. I was VERY stressed out for 24+ hours. I envisioned us standing in the rain unable to get in. Yes I texted, called, emailed. I wouldn't stay at Hotel Jazz again though the room was fine.

We appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. My husband has food allergies and we were able to make food that he could eat. The staff was very helpful with questions and the hotel well central to great restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the hotel having an elevator since we had a lot of bags.
