"Very pleasant next to a lake with nice birdy wildlife much in evidence. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, decent bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good for a help yourself arrangement. Check-in was very efficient. It was about 9 am and our room was available so we were able to access it immediately. That made a great difference to our plans for the day."

"Everything was perfect, my only criticism is that the parking is mostly not very baggage friendly, when tout need to move your suitcases from your cars into/ of the hotel"

"It was clean and within walking distance of the Beach. The only thing is the Palms is the name of the Building not the actual hotel which is called Hollywood which we thaught we where t the wrong place. It was another resident which walked us to the office which the GPS address seems to drop us off at another named location on another parrelle street. Other then that It still gets a 5 star, they just need bigger and clear signs as to where to find the office and the different buildings with other names. "
