Location:
Situated on a quiet peninsula at the base of the Surf City Bridge, our cottage is ideally located for easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and public beach access. Here you'll find everything you need for a perfect coastal vacation.

The Space:
Step into our open-concept living and dining area, designed for gathering with loved ones and featuring comfortable seating with picturesque waterway views. The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and host guests, with additional seating along the large island. Relax in the living space with a large Smart TV and Cable, or step out onto the spacious covered deck that wraps around the house with rocking chairs and lounge seating overlooking the gorgeous Intracoastal Waterway.

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom #1: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower and double vanity.
- Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed.
- Bedroom #3: Bunk bed with a double-size mattress on the bottom and twin on top.
- Additional Sleeping: Living room sofa with a queen-size pull-out mattress.

Bathrooms:
- Bathroom #1: En-suite with rainfall shower and double vanity.
-Bathroom #2: Hallway access with tub/shower and single vanity.

Outdoor Space:
The backyard is your private nature sanctuary with a large 70ft pier extending into the Intracoastal waterway, perfect for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the view in the covered dock area with benches. **Please note, the boat lift and boats on-site are NOT available for guest use.** There is a public boat ramp 1.5 miles away and nearby options for fishing pontoon boat, kayak, surf board and bicycle rentals.
