Just gorgeous, tastefully decorated and updated, in the Serenity Point community. Wonderful family setting or getaway to unwind. The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, new counters, and stainless appliances. Cooking a delicious meal is comfortable in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy sitting in the new dining room. Relax in the living room with a new 55-inch smart tv, updated wifi as well. Upstairs there are ceramic tile baths and carpet. You'll love the custom stair rails with a whimsical nautical flair. Beautiful loft with extra queen bedding. (kids love it) great natural light and lots of windows to take in the fabulous views. Watch the wildlife in the sanctuary dunes and incredible star watching from the master bedroom. Enjoy the tranquility, the bright blue waters of the ocean, and the wide sandy beaches. Private beach access and easy sound access. Stand up paddleboards, kayaks, games, beach cart & chairs. Take the bikes out with the kids and enjoy the island. Sleeps 6 to 7 comfortably. Our Long Weekend Getaway to TI

The house has a neat layout and offers many amenities. It would be a great vacation stay for a couple like us or a family with young children. We would stay here again.

Beachfront Luxury without the Expense

This property offered the perfect beach escape for our family of four. Serenity Point is a beautiful location, and this home was extremely comfortable. Renters only need to bring a suitcase and groceries as the owners have provided everything else from beach towels, chairs, wagon, toys, puzzles, books and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable (not too hard, not too soft). Views from the porch and primary bedroom are stunning and rival the beachfront views that you will pay much more for. We loved it so much that will seek out this listing for all our future Topsail vacations.

Wonderful Beach Home. Well stocked and cozy with a great back deck, which allows you to enjoy the views of the ocean. Accommodations were excellent.

A Lovely Stay

Owners responded quickly with inquiries and were easy to work with. The home is very clean. A bottle of wine awaited us on our arrival which was a nice touch. As with most homes in the area, they do sway but you get used to it as it lulls you to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great Family vacation!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach home. The location was great! We especially enjoyed walking from the inlet to the beach while watching the sunset. We made wonderful memories on this trip as a family! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. Communication with the host was great! I would highly recommend booking this place and we hope to go back one day!

Relaxing and therapeutic

This was our 3 rd summer staying here. We have been coming to Topsail for many years but have found this home to be perfect for our family of 4. It is comfortable and a home more so than a mental. I highly recommend. As for Serenity Point in general, it is a slice of heaven! You won't regret coming to this beautiful part of the island.

Quiet nature paradise

We had a short but awesome stay in this beautiful natural location on Topsail island. The rental unit was wonderful and fully equipped with everything you need. There was also bikes, paddle boards, Cornhole, and many other games and activities to keep us occupied during our stay. The location within a short walk to the sound or the Ocean was ideal. The communication with the owners was excellent. All in all we had a wonderful time and hope to visit again.

Great location! A few challenges

This is our second time staying at this property. It is close by and within walking distance of the beach and sound. Back sliding door needed adjusting as it was jammed when we first arrived but owners called in locksmith. Few other things but overall nice stay.

Relaxing and Fun

We had the best time. The place was so clean and it was so relaxing. Easy check in and check out process. Also this property was so convenient to the community pool. The beach was close however it is difficult to walk from sand dunes to beach. Using a beach cart doesn’t make it easy but we did not complain. Sunsets are beautiful and the beach was not crowded. Will come back.

Annual beach week, 2024

We have stayed in a number of units at Serenity Point over the past 15 years or so. Summer Paradise is perhaps the best of them all. So clean and well appointed. Everything works and is in good order. Guests have access to an incredibly generous array of beach toys. The owners are very responsive and helpful. You feel like you're staying at a friend's place, someone who wants you to have a great time, who trusts you completely, and who wants you to feel like everything is taken care of.

Excellent house, location and completely stocked!

Have been renting houses and condos for vacations for the past 20 years. This one really stands out as a beautiful property that is in an excellent location between the inlet beaches and the ocean beaches. We took daily walks around the point which average about 30 minutes total. Since it is on the point there is very little traffic on the street. The house comes completely stocked with almost everything the average family could need. Kitchen was well supplied, linens were provided, numerous beach items were available and an excellent gas grill really rounded it out. No negative surprises on this rental which is always nice. House was very clean.

Relaxation Retreat

What a fantastic property and a stress-free week!! The house was plush, comfortable, and supplied with all the extra touches to make it just as nice inside as on the beach. We really enjoyed watching all the birds from the patio while drinking coffee and it was nice to have bikes and chairs. We definitely want to re-visit and will recommend you to everyone we know. Thanks!!! Two bits of info for the owner - the master bedroom outlet behind the nightstand next to the window isn't working properly (light flashes like a disco) and it would be nice to have more forks since there was plenty of everything else.
