Welcome to Low Tide Luxe, an upscale, ground-floor suite designed for a luxurious and relaxing beach getaway in Surf City. This intimate retreat accommodates up to three guests and offers a thoughtfully designed space with its modern amenities, and cozy ambiance, Unit B provides the perfect setting for a serene coastal escape.
Upon entering this private suite, you'll be greeted by soaring ceilings and a charming, fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes everything needed for cooking in a small space: a portable cooktop, blender, mini fridge, microwave, crockpot, and ceramic kitchenware. The well-appointed layout ensures that you can easily prepare meals and snacks to enjoy during your stay.
The lofted king bed creates a cozy yet open sleeping area, combining elegance and comfort for restful nights. A charming daybed offers a cozy space for a third guest or a perfect spot to relax with a book or afternoon nap. The spa-like bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower with dual showerheads, premium fixtures, and plush towels, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach.
Located near public beach access, Low Tide Luxe offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Whether you're enjoying the sand and surf, exploring nearby shops, or dining at local restaurants, this suite places you in the heart of Surf City's best attractions. For a morning coffee or evening cocktail, take advantage of the outdoor seating area to soak in the coastal breeze.
Enjoy nearby local shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, "Ocean Air" places you at the heart of Surf City. Indulge in local favorites like Shaka Taco for delicious bites or Daddy Mac's Beach Grille for relaxed dining. Treat yourself to coffee or ice cream at The Daily Grind, Sea Blue, or Sweet Island, and enjoy cocktails and live music at Unwined, EvenTide, or The Peak Taphouse as the sun sets.
For larger groups, consider adding Unit A to your booking! This spacious home offers access to all the amenities, including the fully stocked garage with beach equipment, bikes, TV, and ping pong table. Enjoy the expansive backyard featuring a fire pit, hot tub, grill, and plenty of space for outdoor fun. Combining both units ensures a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay for everyone!
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.
Primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
*Please note this property only allows dogs under 25lbs* Maximum of 2 dogs permitted. Under 25 lbs only*
Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night plus tax for each pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
