Notes on Pets and Parking:

* 1 dog is allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dog at the time of booking. Dog must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage caused by the dog will be charged to the guest. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the rental property.
* $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee will apply- dogs only
* Cats are not permitted but the owner lives in the home in the off season and does have a cat. If you or anyone in your group has a cat allergy this home may not be suited for you.
* Parking for ONLY to 2 vehicles. Parking regulations are EXTREMELY strict within this HOA, please review our messaging and posted signage at the property for specifics. Incurred fines from violations will be passed onto guests.

Early check-ins/Late check-outs:Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. If you're interested, feel free to reach out, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible for your dates.
