Upon entering the unit, you are immediately greeted by a fully tiled entry with plenty of space to store all that beach gear waiting for your next adventure.

Up the stairs to the first living level of this reverse floor plan property, you will find the full-size laundry amenities neatly tucked away in the laundry closet. This level also features three of the four bedrooms this property has to offer. The first bedroom is 1 of the 2 master bedrooms complete with a large comfortable king bed, his & her closets, flat screen television, and even an ocean-side private deck to spend some time watching the waves crash with your sweetie. This bedroom also features a wonderful luxury bath complete with a luxurious full-tile shower. The 2nd bedroom on this level features a queen-sized bed along with a flat-screen television all tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. The 3rd bedroom on this level is great for the kids with its television along with a twin and double bed. The shared bath, with a tub, is located at the end of the hall so you can clean up before going out for a night on the town.

Head on up the stairs to the top level of the home which is sure to please you and your family. Large picture windows and high ceilings add an open and airy feeling to the room, not to mention the views of the Atlantic as a backdrop. This level also has a deck for family gatherings to enjoy the sea breeze. The living area of the home offers a large flat-panel television, a DVD player, and wireless internet. Enjoy ample seating with a loveseat, sofa, and a recliner-type chair. As a bonus, the sofa converts to a queen sleeper sofa so you have room for those extra family members that want to join in the fun.

The gourmet-style kitchen features granite countertops complete with a work island/bar and stainless steel appliances.
