"Nice bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out attendants were nice and welcoming. TV was good. The only reason I didn't have 5 Stars for everything is because tub didn't drain and I notified front desk in the morning. It was not fixed and water was still in the tub my 2nd morning. Also, I expected the room to be cleaned, bedroom refreshed and old towels picked up and new towels provided. I refuse to get in...

"Well for starters, the room cleanliness was suspect. We found a wet crumpled up facecloth on the edge of the bathtub. We aren't sure if the cleaning lady had used it to clean and left it, or if it was from a previous guest. Really makes you wonder how clean the place is when something like that happens. There was a visible ring around the toilet bowl, so that wasn't very clean either. There were several stains on the carpet in the room. My fiancé woke with bites on her ankles as well. ...

"The breakfast was great !"

"Adequate parking, friendly front desk staff, room was clean-a bit out dated. Typical breakfast w/ standard food of eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, etc., Comfy bed and pillows. Price was a little more than what I would typically think for a Best Western, but thinking it was the area?"

"The morning breakfast host (Justin) was exceptionally personable. He made the start of our day up lifting. He ensured there was always hot fresh coffee and the trays were well supplied. On the down side the elevator was out of service and told to us it would be out for a month. So I had to carry our luggage up the stairwell to our room. So I paid a full room rate for each day we were there. 4 Days. Also I was never asked if I was a Marriott member a true disappointment since I am a member. As...

"The floor in my room was so slippery that I nearly fell a few times. Room 521. I pointed this out the custodial people that were in the hallway right outside my room upon leaving. They didn’t walk in and check for themselves. Whatever they using to clean the floors in the kitchen & living rooom is not right. Whether I had shoes on or bare feet, it was a problem."

"Great hotel close to many dining options, friend staff and nice rooms"

"Don't expect a separate bedroom suite (isn't that the very nature of the word) at this hotel! Booked the "Suite, Multiple Beds, Accessible, Microwave (Mobility and Hearing)" which had no images. Very disappointed to find it was just a big open common room."

"The hotel was great! Room was spacious."
