"Took a quick trip for the Arkansas Waterfowl opener. House was clean, was able to bring our retriever, and the sheriff lives next door. He came over and introduced himself shortly after arriving, really nice guy. "

"Location was a little frightening. It looked like a motel ftom the 50's or 60's. Bathroom was very small, no vanity just a sink( like you fine in a convenience store). Bed was very firm, not comfortable. It isn't a place I would stay at again. "

"The pool was not open our entire stay, hot water was very limited, our room smelled like weed (we were in a "non-smoking" room, and the full breakfast was a joke! "

"Property was run down looking. Room smelled fine and room was clean. The fan in the bathroom could not be turned off which disturbed my sleep. A/c worked well. Would not recommend the hotel. "
