"Beautiful and most unreal resort"

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The room was amazing! It was a beautiful property and every detail was designed down to the hooks in the bathroom and even the garbage cans. It was great to experience a space that was thought through and designed. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful "

"Increíble lugar !!! Las vistas, está super céntrico. El jacuzzy semi privado 100/10 de verdad. Somos mexicanos y la verdad está muy bien quedarse allí. No te arrepentirás"

"The location was perfect, staff was very friendly and accomodating. Great place to stay for a girls trip."

"The view was amazing Very nice hotel I wish they would have give more info about the hotel in check in"

"We have just returned for 10 days at Ella helea. I would recommend if I had a family with children however as a couple we would have most likely been better off with the adult only option. There was a lot of children, the buffet was always queued to get in and get a table. The swimming pool is not heated and was very cold in October. The sea however was warm. Overall the stay was good but not 5* in my opinion."

"Perfect accommodations. Staff treated us like family."

"perfect choice for us"

"Great view! What an escape! Staff was very helpful."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing and top notch"

"Our stay was fantastic and the staff were lovely. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of the stay. It’s also located a stone’s throw away from the beach. Would stay here again if I were to come back."
