"The room was not properly cleaned. There was sand in the bed and hair in the bathroom. Please note that the beachfront rooms are mostly facing the pool. San at the tiki bar is amazing!! The hotel isn’t bad; housekeeping just needs to get it together."

"The parking across the property is very convenient; however, it would be helpful to include a note in the reservation indicating that it costs $20. The same applies to the beach tent service. The third-party provider delivered excellent, five-star service, but I believe it would be good practice to include the cost of this service in the reservation details. That way, guests can be fully prepared in advance."

"Could not see beach from room. Room was first room by road so staircase blocked any views. Did not know it was Bike Week. Room was not sound proof so it was really loud for two days. Bed was comfortable. Unit was cute and clean. Liked location. Pool was not clean. But it was cold so did not swim. Like the deck over ocean. Enjoyed sitting there."

"I took me n my 7 kids was very clean all day activities on site the bar and grill had amazing food i couldnt complain about 1 thing woke up to workers cleaning patios every day breakfast was superb 👌staff was amazing the activities out side of the resort was n walking distance i will be returning to this establishment!!!"
