Room was clean and serviced every dy with bedding change every 3 days and new towels. Kitchen is workable, we only had breakfast in our room. AC worked well and kept us cool. Staff were really helpful

We really enjoyed our week here. The staff were all very personable and helpful. We also loved having the kitchen option. Tropical Sunset fit the bill in so many ways- on the beach, has a pool, studios with kitchenette. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Great clean property for the price. Issue was the property wasn’t tracking my reservation through Expedia. Thankfully they honored the reservation but checkin was difficult. Contact number on Expedia went straight to vmail. Had to what’s app the number which is common in Barbados but not for US. ...

Friendly people and staff; met several couples from England who’ve stayed in the area for multiple years. Hotel sent a very clean taxi to pick us up at airport when we arrived. We called on Maria for a couple of excursions and back to the airport.

Food was substandard. Need to get a professional in to review customers nationalities and focus the menu accordingly. US, UK, CD. Meats were overcooked and tough. Most were poor quality. Meals were always served late. Some staff needed training.
Ould be a nice place to visit, don't stay at the starfish discovery bay
