"We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. Although we specifically requested and pay for 2 twin beds, the room offered had a matrimonial bed. (Room was shared by 2 adult males ). The hotel...

"This is a splendid property! The build of it is very detailed and is beautifully done. The attached restaurant was both reasonably priced with high quality food. The location is just a short walk from Bran Castle. Would definitely recommend!"

"There was a bit of miscommunication with our booking at the beginning. When we arrived at the assigned location, we were unable to access the apartment. After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake.
