"8 of us from 5 different Australasian households had a great stay at this house for a week. We needed the full extent of its facilities because we'd all come such a long way and wanted to self-cater. The fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine all worked well. Pegs and covered washing line were appreciated. The stunning view is as good as advertised!!. Couches and beds were comfortable - thank you! The only reasons we didn't score all attributes with top scores was that a spring clean is needed, a few repairs are needed and we didn't realize till arriving that there is a full time tenant living in a bed-sit down stairs. This meant there was only space for 2 of our five cars at the site so the tenant could get his car out. The overflow car parking in the vacant lot next door was good though, once we got the hang of it off a completely different street. Overall we'd love to stay there again and felt the fee is good value for money."

"Reception normally shuts at 7:30PM and I missed the fine print when making my booking. They were kind enough to make themselves available for me to check in at roughly 9PM as my flight didn’t land until 8:30PM. This was a great relief as I was attending a funeral the following day."

"Tried the whole week previous to our stay to extend our booking one night with no response from the host therefore no support with anything else. Have stayed at the property prior and really enjoyed it. However walked in this time and smelt like old ???. We needed to air out house and dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. I don't want to dampen anyones' experience because this is a lovely bach and located across the road from beach so accessible. Just communication was shocking! Has gone up signficantly in price but I suppose that's what you pay to be in paradise."

"Really loved our two day, centrally located, stay in KeriKeri but our Unit backed onto the 24hr McDonalds 'Drive Thru' so often heard when orders are being made & taken, especially in the quiet wee hours of the morning - invest in some good ear plugs... Apart from that, the Unit was nice & spacious, clean & comfortable with really lovely, helpful Staff..."
