Some of the flaws that I’ve seen here are the presence of mosquitoes and the lack of a source of water or ice. The pros that I can share here are that it doesn’t require the key or keycard to run the lights or circuits in the room, and the room is quite furnished with views of the beach."

"Amazing stay!!! As two English only speakers the staff were wonderful with trying to accommodate and communicate with us. The lady at the front desk who was short with short hair was so kind to us. The property is amazing and the traditional Japanese room was fabulous. Love the stay. Public bath was a unique and clean experience, dinner and breakfast were included! Would definitely return. "

"Beautiful full ocean views in a small, very well kept traditional Japanese-style hotel. Very clean and nicely furnished. Wonderful kaiseki meals with fresh local fish and unique dishes. Quiet, isolated beachfront property with a small, plain beach area and concrete sea wall for fishing. Peaceful and tranquil weekend in quiet Tateyama. "
