"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks.
Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.
In general, great hotel...

"It was in a very scenic part of the country. The staff was great and very friendly! Absolutely loved our stay and would go back anytime!"
