"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"The Staff including the Concierge was great. The only name I remember was Anthony but everyone was helpful and great… The room was comfortable and I was even rewarded with a complimentary Bottle of wine… I will definitely book again…"

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. "I had a great stay with my family!"

"clean, good location"

"It was great and close to MSG"

"Todo bien"

IF you're going to be staying at this hotel on the weekend then ask for a room on a higher floor."

As a queer couple, we especially appreciated how LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming the hotel was. The staff securely stored our luggage while we explored the city before check-in. The customer service was exceptional! Whenever we requested extra towels or water, they arrived within 10–15 minutes. We also enjoyed...
