"The domes are very nice. The hot tub was great! Check-in was a little confusing and the few people there couldn’t help. I had to call to figure it out. Beds were comfy and robes too! WiFi didn’t work well it kept kicking me off or had barely a signal. Road conditions were okay a lot of pot holes to drive through. I would definitely stay again for the views and quiet comfort!!"

"Renovated room was nice, very minimalist. There seems to be confusion on what a family room is vs a junior suite. Dinner in the restaurant was great. Server was very attentive."

"Our room included an excellent breakfast! The staff in the Common Area are fantastic ladies!!! our room and hotel were VERY clean!!!"

"The hotel is dated but so kitschy and fun. Loved all the decor in the halls. The windows and balcony in our room were lovely. The staff were so welcoming and sweet. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to downtown. "

"The hotel spa and evening restaurant was very pleasant. Staff in the main restaurant and spa lovely, though younger members may need training. Delivered wrong drinks and brought the bread with the soup after the meal was served but were very apologetic and lovely. Food was excellent, Staff in the breakfast area however rude and ignorant. Ended up making an official complaint. It was a mixed bag really. Some customer training required to improve standards. "

"The host was very communicative throughout the whole process, there was a grocery store within easy walking distance, plenty of parking for rentals, and several bus stops near by. I woukd definitely stay again if I come back to Iceland with a large group again!"
