"I like a very firm bed, and this one was excellent. The shower temperature controls were very responsive. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The rooms DO have air conditioning, which is not mentioned on their website. Very pleasant stay overall."

Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage."
