"The breakfast was amazing! Staff was very nice except for a young male staff at the reception desk. I spoke in Swedish, although American, I gave him the respect and pleasantry of speaking his language. When I asked a question about a word I didn’t understand, in Swedish, he responded back in a very rude way as if I was dumb to not know what the word meant. I don’t have a disability but if I had, how would that have been acceptable? I’ve lived and worked in Sweden previously although not now,...

"Terrible. No staff not even one member of staff reception unattended rooms not cleaned or tidied . No teacups and on a couple of days the buffet was empty and no one to top it up"

"I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was with the Palace Hotell. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the rooms and hotel were gorgeous. Dinner and breakfast are included and the food was absolutely incredible. They even provided gluten free bread for my breakfast, knowing I had asked about dinner and if it was gluten free. I hope I can come stay again, every hotel should look to their example. "
