You can prepare your evening meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the sunset from the terrace. A dreamy mountain landscape with hiking trails and MTB routes await you on the doorstep. You can easily go fishing with the hotel's own rowing boat.



The hike to Gaustatoppen is one of the most popular in Norway, and the view from the top is phenomenal. You can also take the cable car inside the mountain to the summit if your legs can't take the hike. If you want to hike to the summit, Stavsro is the most popular starting point. There are several different hiking trails that all lead to the summit. So both families with children and experienced mountain hikers can find a route they enjoy. A second highlight for mountain hikers is the Hulderhola cave.



In winter, the cross-country ski slopes are just a few hundred meters away and a few kilometers away you can get on your skis or snowboard at Flugonfjell Skicenter and whizz down the slopes.
