"The automated 24 hr check in is a nice idea but seems not to work well in practice. We checked in after midnight so it didn’t recognise our booking as it thought we were booking too early for a booking the following day. You’d think a check in system could differentiate, but no. And the guy on the phone was super grumpy at 1am too which is a bit much when it’s their fault. There were people we saw the other day who told us the system didn’t recognise their booking number. So it wasn’t just us...

"In a surprise but not all bad the check in was with a machine. Everything went well and we were quickly in our room. The room was excellent. Good bed plenty of room very good bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. The free parking a big plus"
