"The property was well maintained, in a old historic district, quaint. We felt very safe walking around. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned well, bathroom, floors etc. were in good condition. The issue we had was a lack of hospitality and attention. The person at the desk taking care of guest service, check in etc needs more training in how to address people in the hospitality industry. Very impersonal and unfriendly. "This was a nice place, but overpriced. The sinks in the bathroom need to be updated as there is corrosion on the handles. We stayed here for the novelty of getting to stay in Robert‘s house, but we probably won’t stay here again, as we have found nicer places during our other stays in Key West that are much less expensive and have amenities and parking."
