"Perfect stay! Clean room, soft sheets, quiet, we slept like babies. Bathroom was clean plenty of towels and hot water. Carpeting on the floor was a warm on the feet treat. Thermostat on the wall the room stayed comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Good coffee biscuits and sausage gravy. Felt safe. Great location good value."

"This hotel is attractive and has comfortable rooms. However, it seemed severely understaffed. The pool was out of towels, leaving my kid shivering outside it while I found someone who could get more towels. At breakfast, they were completely out of bowls. My kids ate their cereal off plates. Then they ran out of forks. A patron asked a staff member if more were coming and she said “by the time they are ready, we’ll be closed.” Important to note that breakfast closes at 9 - seems very early for a hotel in a vacation area. "

"The condo was clean and resort was nice. Would have appreciated some lighting on the mountain roads at night. Also if the adults only hot tub at the water park is closed I would recommend making the other hot tub for adults only as that was the main thing I was looking forward to but it was closed."

"Clean room with plenty of towels. It had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Huge TV. Everything looked brand new or well cared for. Very quiet for a great sleep."
