We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. "I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

"Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great"
