"Bedding quality poor, we found hair on pillows, bedsheets and duvet covers. Management dropped off new set the following day. Sheets very thin and mattress cover poked through it. Bed was not uncomfortable but the bedding made it disappointing. No place in shower for keeping soap/shampoo. They provided small body wash/shampoo bottles not enough for 5 night stay. Their portal says you can ask for more. Kitchen area was good, clean utensils and cooking vessels. We did not do any cooking, however, we bought a roll of paper towels and that helped a lot. Having a washer was convenient but you need to hang dry clothes on a rack provided. All in all it was ok and location was convenient since under 5 minutes walk to Nestroyplatz station."

"The room was very clean and the stay was very pleasant. Conveniently located right next to Salzburg central train station. Would stay again if visiting Salzburg again. Than you."

"We saw nothing that looked anything like any of the photos on Expedia of the hotel website! Even the lobby was dreary and had construction dust everywhere. We got up to our hallway on floor two and it was extremely ugly with very dated red carpet and dinged up dingy walls. It absolutely reeked of the strongest air freshener I had ever smelled, which is never a good sign. Thankfully, the room did not smell, but it was extremely ugly and dated. The Furniture reminded me of what you would see in a kid’s room in the 1970s. It was hot and they said it was because they hadn’t turned the AC on yet. They did send up a fan which helped.The bathroom was tiny, but on the plus side it was well lit. The hotel was quiet until the construction started at about 8 AM. I would not stay here again."
