"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment.
The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
To make matters worse, our room window was at eye-level with a public footpath and car park. Because the room was so hot, we were forced to keep the window open, which completely...

"The property is lovely and well maintained. All members of staff where pleasant.
Our room was very clean. It was classed as a suite, but I'm not sure it really was. It had two areas to it, but very basic. The air con didn't work that well which was a shame given the weather was very hot. Other than that it is worth a stay."
