Spacious Dining Area: Enjoy meals with family and friends in the large dining space, featuring seating for ten inside and additional outdoor seating for six on the patio. Fire up the gas grill and savor your culinary creations while lounging in comfortable chaise chairs.

Cozy Living Room: Relax in the living room featuring a large sectional couch, two comfortable chairs, and a flat-screen smart TV mounted on the wall—perfect for family movie nights.

Bedrooms:
Main Floor Bedroom: The first bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, spacious bathroom, and access to the front courtyard through a sliding door.

Second Floor Master Suite: Ascend the stairs to find the master suite, complete with a king bed, large smart flat-screen TV, private balcony, and a luxurious bathroom.

Guest Rooms: The second floor also houses two additional guest rooms:

First Guest Room: Features a queen bed and a twin trundle, along with a flat-screen TV.

Second Guest Room: Equipped with two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an extra twin mattress conveniently located in the large walk-in closet. Both guest rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs, full-size pool/beach towels, sand toys and an umbrella to enhance your beach experience.

Family-Friendly: For families with young children, we offer a high/booster convertible chair and a pack-and-play for added convenience.

Accessibility: The first-floor king bedroom and patio access cater to guests with limited mobility. Additionally, Hilton Head offers complimentary beach wheelchairs, which can be reserved at hiltonheadislandsc.gov/beach/accessibility.

For our guests we have a discount for your bike needs. Details will be provided in advance of your stay so you can have bikes waiting for you when you arrive. The Shipmaster community is in Shipyard, home to a spectacular 27-hole golf course, the renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Club, and the exclusive Shipyard Beach Club, all just a breezy bike ride away.

When you’re ready to explore beyond the villa, you’re in luck. Just outside the Shipyard entrance, the Bank Beer Garden awaits, offering a perfect spot to unwind with a cold brew, outdoor entertainment and many dining options.
