Gross Shower

Moldy and hot water was hit or miss. I get that nothing is as perfect as home but you at least want a good shower after being at the beach. The furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. There was a bench at the kitchen table that if used would cause someone to get hurt. Have stayed in many other units at this property and there are far better options.

Great resort / bad mattresses

We really enjoyed our stay the location and resort were perfect. The condo was small but clean and had everything that we needed. The mattress in the bedroom was not very good quality and not very comfortable the metal bed frame was also very wobbly and I was worried it would break. The sleeper sofa mattress is extra thin and uncomfortable as well. There were beach toys available for use and my children love them. WiFi was awful and phone service was spotty at best inside the condo. The lines were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and bedding. We really had a wonderful trip and hope to come back.

This apartment is on the smaller side. There were four adult females in my party and the bunk beds were not positioned so the top bunk could be used. The couch was a pull out ,we were able to use this for one of the ladies. The lights kept flickering, but didn't go completely out. The inside freezer compartment door was broken and on the floor when we arrived. Other than these small inconveniences the location was great, with a lot to keep on busy while there. Nothing to do with the apartment but, upon arrival the security guard on duty asked one of my guests if she was with housekeeping!!!! Not professional at all

Tile needs steam cleaned. Walls are thin which allowed noise from above. Children constantly running above us and it echoed down at all hours of the day and night.

Condo should be pulled from VRBO until repaired

I have to say this was by far our worst Vacasa/VRBO rental to date. I emailed the local manager at the time, but this unit is in desperate need of repairs/improvements. -rental was dirty. -shower door was broken. Two trips to repair. -slider screen is broken. -blinds broken. -slider door wouldn’t lock. Another WO placed. -windows in bedroom are so filthy hard to tell if maybe glass has failed. -beach chairs are disgusting. -all bedding is old/worn. -the unit should absolutely not read sleeps six. The hideabed is the worst ever and NOT usable….it is like a piece of 1/2 plastic on springs. -there were mushrooms growing on the outside of the vent to the AC. I have photos. I can only imagine what is growing in that closet and the health hazard it presents. We spent as little time as possible in the room. All of this was shared with local person. Would have been nice to have been offered another unit (even if it costed more). He did say he would credit our cleaning fee…fair, since it wasn’t clean. The resort itself is nice and we saw lots of other units with their doors open that looked to be clean and cared for.

Overall, the property was clean and nice. It was a little outdated, but overall the unit was as expected. The shower upgrade was awesome and my in-laws really enjoyed their stay.

Comfortable condo for our anniversary get away. Loved the location and access to beach pool and pickle ball court. Just the right size condo for 2. Condo was clean on arrival. But only drawback was The couch and chair were uncomfortable and couch cushion needs filling. Great stay otherwise.

105A Pros and Cons

Me and my daughter liked that the condo was within walking distance to the beach. However I feel the condo needs updates and repairs. The couch is small and has stains all over it. The freezers drawer is broken and needs replaced. The sliding glass door portion that remains in a fixed position has a large gap at the top where the casing has separated from the glass. Assuming this is from structural damage over the years and it allows in heat and humidity from outside leaving the room feeling like it’s cold and humid. Also, the door doesn’t have a key pad so you have to carry a key with you every time you leave the room or risk being locked out. Overall I’m rate the experience moderate and recommend the owner make updates. I know we rented peak season but I would have expected more for the price we paid.

Very nice condo

Comfortable, has everything you need. Great for a couple! One thing that was unnecessary - going to the leasing office for keys when you had to check in a the condo as well and the keys were already onsite. waste of some time.
