Vacation in a real tree loft and make it the best vacation ever. This unique private home is located on the exclusive Deer Island. This is a quiet, highly regarded and admired neighborhood with a laid-back atmosphere that allows you and your family to spend lots of time enjoying this nature filled area along with lots of private outside space.
Tree-lofts are just as much fun for adults and children. This nature preserve is walking distance to Harbor Town, restaurants, tennis, golf and shopping. Lots of windows allow you to feel like you are living in the trees while listening to the ocean.
This 1000 sq ft home is extremely comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 full small baths. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook in when ever you choose, although you are surrounded by many great restaurants. There is a television, roku, dvd player and cable in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and on suite bathroom while the other bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen size murphy bed and the 2nd bathroom is just across the hall. The linens and towels are all high quality and you find everything you need in this great tree house to relax and enjoy your best vacation. Desk area is provided for that work or school away from home, although you might choose to work outside on the deck. The WiFi is strong, fast and safe. The outside deck areas are the best and great for casual dining, safe visiting and grilling. This incredible outside living space is where you will spend lots of time enjoying nature and fresh air. There's even an outdoor pool table. This property is designed for having fun.

Dogs are welcomed with a small pet fee. Just check traveling with pets where you list the number of guests.

The owner is a hot air balloonist with a rich history in the sport. The decor reflects this history and makes the experience even more magical.
Kayaks, tennis rackets, golf clubs, beach chairs and beach towels are provided.
The Sea Pines Resort Pass is a $22 weekly or $8 per day and is obtained at the guard gate when entering . This pass will allow you to travel anywhere open to the public in the Sea Pines Resort. Additional fees may apply during special events like Heritage Golf Classic.

What a wonderful change of pace staying amongst the trees. Perfect location in Harbor Town and seeing deer was a nice bonus. Kitchen and bedrooms all very nice.

This is our 3rd year at Carols property and we love it! So quiet and lots of deer and birds. The privacy of deer island is not to be beat! Love getting to bring our pups as well. Deer island is close to Harbor town but still has a private feel.

Great Vacation Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This charming house is within walking distance of Harbour Town, It is close to multiple beaches, shopping, biking, horseback riding and lots of great restaurants. Our family enjoyed viewing wildlife from the house and other locations around the island.

Walk to Harbour Town

We enjoyed our two weeks in this sweet house. It was fun to walk to Harbour Town and people watch. There is a nice nature path to walk in the neighborhood, too.

Relaxing retreat

Overall, our stay at Kelsey’s tree loft was a great experience. The house was a bit musty because of the humidity, but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Being in deer island was quiet and just the privacy we needed with our 11 month old and 5 year old. We appreciated the amenities and the location to Harbour Town.

Perfect spot for us and our pet

Hard to beat the location on Hilton Head Island, if you have a dog. Standalone unit with a nice quiet street to walk the dog and enjoy the deck / outside. The kitchen is snug, but hopefully, you are there to stay outside, grill, get to the beach, and enjoy the island.

Enchanting!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this "treehouse"! Carol had it well equipped with everything we needed. The location is enchanting with the abundance of birdsongs and visiting deer! Its an easy walk to Harbour Town where we had a nice Valentines lunch.
