"A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed."

"Rating: 9/10 The condominium was very clean, modern appliances, well stocked and a great location. Very good budget value. Nice pool. Parking lot was a little sketchy looking. The place is close to downtown and the Hilo airport. Almost next door is Wailuku River State Park and close to Lili’oukalani Gardens - they make for scenic runs or hikes. Vivian was very quick to respond."

"We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It's in a very quiet location but close enough to the waterfront and park that we could easily walk. The condo is nice and spacious and homey. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked great. The building is older so it had that great 60s vibe that you hardly ever see anymore. Felt very much like home in Hawaii!"

"This home is exceptionally well cared for and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Even the hand soaps smelled amazing! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were high quality and much better than the cheap toiletries you usually find in hotels. The location was also excellent, very convenient to many of the best spots around Hilo.The only downside was the noise during rain. Raindrops hitting the metal roof/storage area outside created a loud clanging...
