"The hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was welcoming. I requested an accessible room and we got one, though it had a bathtub with hand rails, not walk in shower, it was still accessible enough for us. We got in later in the evening and asked for advice on dinner, the staff just referred us to the hotels around the area. The area was mixed, industrial, office, and hotel. Breakfast was ok, a lot of families and children. There seems to be homeless in the area wandering. The hotel itself did...

"Hotel was comfortable. Upon check in the front desk man was rude. I asked why he had attitude, he's providing a service. He said he's giving back attitude to me. I had to laugh. Holiday Inn staff has always been kind except for him.He needs to be fired."
