"Beware, The Brooks Motel is a misrepresented, virtual-only motel that doesn't warn it has no front desk or in-person check-in. This concept only works if the tech and the people behind it work, They didn'.
Upon arrival, I had to call, what sounded like, an overseas call center, find a random Expedia email, and fill out an online form. Then I waited 15 minutes for a room code that never arrived. After calling back, the agent's emails failed to reach my email, so she had to text me the info....

"Stayed 2 nights. Would not recommend.
Issues:
- Room was damp and had strange odor.
- The small college fridge also had a strange smell to it.
- Found small bugs and centipedes on Bathroom floor.
- Several noticeable mouse/rodent traps were on floor in bathroom and bedroom.
- Pool was closed. (Not disclosed). The Pool Cover was still on the pool and the pool deck/area was overgrown with weeds (so it’s been closed for a while)
- Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable.
- Ice machine in office...
