"The hotel has filthy carpets and flooring. The sheets on the bed were dirty and when they came to change them the mattress pad was also filthy. They did move us to a new room which was clean."

"I used to come here all the time in the late 2010’s, haven’t been here since maybe 2018? A lot has changed. I LOVE the interior of the rooms, especially the sliding glass doors showers. Found a hair in the bathtub that was mine😅the door leading straight to the pool from the main lobby didn’t work no matter how many times I used both key cards, had to use the side door for entry.
