The hotel is in a great location, one underground stop from Finsbury’s Park to Seven Sisters, then a 25min walk to the stadium. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, the staff were friendly and efficient and let us leave our bags there as we arrived too early to check in. Our family room was great. "This was exactly as advertised. All clean including sheets, towels etc. Two firm and two soft pillows. Basket with extra blankets. Had a decent fan as well. Host responded promptly and I had the access codes before arrival. Excellent location, right across from Finsbury Park making attending a gig really easy. I'll use again and would highly recommend. We were ground floor in one of the cheaper rooms as well, so all good."

"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years. I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. "Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."
