Unfortunately, when the windows opened the road noise is too great to leave open and the room very warm so for me, not comfortable due to being too hot and poor quality sleep. There is a fan but only blowing around warm air so not great. Breakfast was okay but some food not that fresh, some of the rolls were from the previous day and a bit hard and some food put out for the 6am opening and still there an hour or...

"Fabulous house for large groups. Very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.Only negative was the house wasn’t very warm despite the heating being on full, however, we did stay at one of the coldest times of the year with frost outside.Another point to note, take extra care when using the hot tub at night as the lighting to get to it from the house is poor"
