Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . "It’s a decent hotel, the room was pretty humid and everything felt damp, but that’s part of being in Vietnam. Some mold and mildew in the bathroom and it smelled pretty musty. The only big reason for only 3 stars is the walls are thin, floors are hard tile, and all furniture and doors are heavy wood. So you can hear everything in the rooms around you and when any door slams or furniture moves anywhere around you, it is extremely loud."
