"The staff at reception were warm and friendly and even allowed an early check-in. The room was spotless, airy and had been cleaned to a high standard. It was well-equipped although a kettle would have been a bonus. The hotel was very convenient for bars, restaurants, museums and the market. It was also only a short 10 minute walk from the train station. A very good stay. "

"Mini fridge stocked. Clean room. Staff are nice - would be good if all staff were also fluent in English, especially housekeeping staff. There’s a department store down the road. Wish the continental breakfast had more variety for folks that are not from Spain, but the food was ok. The hotel is clean, well-taken care of and comfortable for the price. I enjoyed my relaxing stay. "

"The hotel and our room were clean, and the staff were attentive. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were well soundproofed. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station, and roughly three blocks from the park. The old town is around a 15-minute walk away. We stayed for five nights, and our only wish was that the hotel had a gym—even a small one, so we wouldn’t have had to pay a daily rate at the gym next door."

"Excellent stay! Very well located in the center of Gijón. The rooms are spacious with a huge bathroom, and everything was perfect. I loved the charming antique decoration—it feels like a boutique hotel. Highly recommend!"
