"Didn’t like having the risk of leaving the key in the separate though private bathroom.
No staff available.
Though we didn’t use the Lounge or cutlery/ crockery the amenities nay well be useful for others.
Place ok for a budget stay.
Area was beautiful"

"My husband and I stayed two nights in June while exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The location is excellent, in a quintessential Dales village, with a number of fun shops and eateries. The room was simply furnished but perfectly adequate. Be aware there are a number of steps, and the tub/shower is deep to step into, so not a good choice if you have accessibility issues."

"Lovely hotel / pub in a very scenic location. Beautiful views. We had 2 cottages for our extended family group of 7 adults/ 4 children.
Spent the afternoon enjoying the patio drinks and watching the water flow. Had a delicious Sunday dinner in the lovely upper dining room.
Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed . Would definitely stay again ."
