"Poor breakfast no eggs or sausage It said continental. We went out for breakfast instead. I booked there for the breakfast and the pool and was looking forward to it after a long drive. The pool was closed. UNFIT TO SWIM IN. It was definitely overpriced.The bedroom had black specs of dirt on one bed. They did move us to another room. The previous night was much cheaper at a Quality Inn had no pool, but I knew that and the breakfast was unbelievable good. It had everything. Don’t go to this Microtel. The rooms were very claustrophobic"

"The maintenance man was fixing a door next to my room. He became very angry and began swearing every swear word in the book. Including the “N” word. Very unprofessional I might add, and he was saying it loudly. I couldn’t get my laptop to connect to the internet, I called the front desk and they charged my two dollars a day for their special super 8 wifi. I thought there was wifi there? Anyway the price was right and it was way better than the last time I stayed there. I’ll use them again."

"Our room was not cleaned properly. Dead spider on carpet, dirt and dust on bathroom floor, all moldings were very dirty. TV screen was smeared with something. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and coffee dispute it being a no smoking room. Unfortunately a rowdy group of people sat on the patio outside our second floor room until 1 am. Not worth $149 per night. Kelly's Corner, which is just down the hill, has very good food and was the highlight of our stay."

"Staff was great, room was clean, paint peeling in the bathroom on the ceiling, tv needs to be updated as it’s an older flatscreen with minimal options. Breakfast was decent, sausage patties and waffles all weekend long, would have been nice to switch up to bacon, toast and pancakes, or sausage gravy and biscuits. Many cereal options and blueberry muffins. Would recommend and would stay again!"
