Check in was easy with the key box and the staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was good but more expensive than anticipated. We didn’t realize it was not included in our reservation. We found the direct number of the helpful owner on the web and key handover was unproblematic after speaking to him. Noise from an adjacent room is heard loudly. The Wifi network worked only intermittently and the absence of local management made it impossible to fix it. These flaws unfortunately...

"Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and in a great location, very close to Old Frankfurt, making it easy to explore the city. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly. However, the staff responded quickly and brought us a fan, which helped make our stay more comfortable. Despite that minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt."
