"Registration was cursory. Certainly not rude, just “fill in your details and here’s your key.” No offer of assistance for two seniors to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. No further information offered. Room was adequate. Shower is traditional British style - in a very high narrow tub, very dangerous for seniors in my opinion. Notice in room that no outside food allowed, and may result in an additional charge. Overall good value for money, but more of a two star than a three star hotel. "

"The room was clean but patio door lock was broken. There were a couple of stains on the carpet. The water pressure in the shower was dreadful!"

"A great location for visiting the coast which was quiet considering how close it was to a main road. A lovely clean room with all necessary features. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again."

"Loved this accomodation. Everything is spotless! Gorgeous location and the twinkling fairy lights and campfires created such a gorgeous atmosphere at nighttime. Wish I didn’t have to rush off early, but will be back! Thank you to Billy and the team. Highly recommend."

"What a beautiful location! Lovely hotel in a perfect spot. The staff were all so freindly and helpful, especially the extremely polite dark haired gentleman at the bar when we arrived. He took the trouble to show me to the room and explained everything. The breakfast was also very good, great choice and lovely to sit with a view of the Abbey. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend."
