Schöne Zimmer, Essen okay, schöner Strand, sehr freundliches Personal. Aber es ist all inclusive - daher eher gute 4 als 5 Sterne (aufgrund der ständig erforderlichen Verfügbarkeit ist z.B. die Essenqualität gut aber nicht hervorragend, es gibt natürlich auch Schlangestehen usw.). Aber alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel!

Im Angebot alinklusiv war in allen Restaurants und Bars jeweils nur ein weiss, rosé oder Rotwein zu haben. Und leider waren die nicht wirklich unser Geschmack....In der Wein Bar habe es zwar eine Auswahl allerdings erst ab 18 Uhr und Zutritt nur ohne Kinder....Die Speisen in allen Restaurants waren OK. Mehr aber auch nicht. Kein Restaurant hatte Sitzplätze zu draußen Sitzen....und drin viele Leute und Laut.

Absolutely everything about our stay was first class. The hotel was exceptional, the food in all restaurants, including buffet was fantastic. So much choice. The staff were also all wonderful. We had a superior double sea front with shared private pool and we could not fault anything about it. We even had the delightful Marina bringing us drinks all day around the pool, she was a delight. Mit Abstand, DAS für uns BESTE All Inclusive Family Hotel auf Kreta. Sind mit unserem 1,5 Jahre jungen Kind für 7 Tage hin. Es war alles perfekt !!! Das Essen war überragend sowohl in den a la cart Restaurants (was auch im Preis inbegriffen ist) als auch im Hauptrestaurant. Alles ist picobello sauber. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist motiviert und freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. TOP Sandstrand, sehr helle und freundliche Zimmer, sehr leckeres Essen in den einzelnen Restaurants. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir werden wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen. Besondere Grüße auch an den Sommelier für die leckeren Weine und das Sushi.

Das Hotel hat uns im großen und ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück sowie die a la carte Restaurants waren top. Das Mittagessen und Abendessen hat sich (wie in vielen anderen Hotels auch) nach 7 Tagen wiederholt. Das Sprudelwasser hat oft in dem großen Essenssaal nach Chlor geschmeckt. Der Strand sowie die Strandbar und die Poolbar ist sehr gut organisiert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Als Hinweis, der Pool ist 3 m tief also Ball spielen oder ähnliches ist fast nicht möglich…
