"El Hotel estaba muy bonito y convenientemente ubicado si no quieres estar en el bullicio del centro antiguo. Tiene estacionamiento justo al lado del Hotel, con un costo extra pero que vale la pena pagarlo. El personal fue muy amable desde que llegamos y nos resolvieron un problema que tuvimos con una reservación muy diligentemente. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas, muy bien acondicionadas y tenían varios extras que no esperábamos encontrar como ser: batas y pantuflas, spray para las almohadas, una botella de vino de bienvenida. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, definitivamente regresaremos aquí en nuestro próximo viaje a Donostia."

"Interesting conversion of historical convent to hotel. Very relaxing to be by the rooftop pool. Walking distance to transportation, restaurants, shopping, beach. Onsite restaurant was good, although service was a bit odd."

"Friendly staff, conveniently located near the main road (but not noisy), very comfortable beds, room clean and bathroom modern with good shower. WiFi was free and worked well. Breakfast was a good array of continental breads, cakes, pancakes, yogurts. Cheeses, etc. We had a very comfortable sty and would return happily."
